  1. Some time ago. Not proud to admit that I assumed that the MRI tech screwed up....so I recalled the patient to be re-imaged by a different tech----of course, it looked exactly the same. At re-imaging, I learned that the patient was cachectic, though I didn't learn the cause.

  2. Beautiful case!! We just had one sent out from our practice that the tech called the radiologist cause the fat sats weren’t satting out!!
