| The Radial Sagittal Band (blue arrow) is intact. Just distal to that the Yellow arrows indicate a tear of the Oblique fibers of the Extensor Mechanism, which originate at the lateral tendon of the deep head of the Interosseous tendon and lumbrical tendon and contribute to PIP extension. |
