Hypermobile Discoid Lateral Meniscus
This adolescent has had recent, recurrent soccer injury. Now there is an anteriorly flipped discoid lateral menicus, as if a bucket handle type injury. 16 months ago after a prior injury there was widening of the posterolateral meniscocapsular junction with grunge where I might expect the popliteomeniscal fascicles. Either they were torn, or perhaps they were absent, as in a Wrisberg variant Discoid LM.
