Note acute avulsion Posterior Horn medial meniscal root (red arrow)



Blue arrow indicates torn Popliteofibular ligament
There are Gr I sprains of the LCL complex and Gr I Popliteal myotendinous strain

White Arrow indicate torn Arcuate ligament  with posterolateral pericapsular edema
