Large Os (red arrow) is obscured by stress related marrow edema and superimposed posterolateral synovial inflammation (white arrow). Gr I sprain PTFL (blue arrow) which inserts onto Os. Bright cleft at synchondrosis of Os (yellow arrow) indicates instability.
