Symptomatic accessory navicular in a 9 year old child?

9 year old girl with painful, reddened bump at the medial aspect of the right midfoot.

It looks like a type II accessory navicular, but given the fact that navicular ossification isn't complete until about age 13 (cf. Orthobullets), couldn't this be just the "normal" ossification center of the navicular tuberosity? Similarly one shouldn't call an os acromiale before complete ossification of the acromion. This one however seems to be sympomatic. How would you report this?

Thanks,
Andrei
