Kind of unusual predominantly medial tibial plateau fracture. I don't know the mechanism of injury and if I find out, I will post it. I believe this is a Schatzker type IV.

Your axial image looks like there’s a coronal split of both condyles. I don’t think you can force this into a Schatzker type. I’ve often found that plateau fractures don’t fit the schema.
